You can expect 400% more light output over your stock lights which is the equivalent of a 55w HID Kit. Unlike HID, they have a much longer lifespan of 30,000 hours which cane last up to 10 years! The best part is the low price but don't let that fool you, they will outperform many of the more expensive LED bulbs on the market.
PRECISION: Unlike HID that performs great in any housing, LED performance will vary depending on the design of the bulb, placement of the LED chips along with the housing. If you pick the wrong one like a 3-sided or 4-sided LED bulb, your beam pattern will be all over the place except on the road where it counts. The H15 DA Lighting V2 LED Bulbs utilize (12) 3570 LED chips per bulb that are properly aligned for your high beam to produce 50 watts in a 6000K Cool White in a beam pattern that matches the original bulb. For the DRL (8) smaller LED chips producing 12 watts.
FITMENT: You will be surprised how many LED bulbs are too large to fit housings. This is why the H15 DA Lighting V2 LED Bulbs are designed to be as close as possible to the original halogen bulbs. Even the LED chips are mounted to a slim PCB board which eliminates the possibly of hitting anything inside the housing. This is also key in preventing any dark spots in your beam pattern.
COOLER: When it comes to LED bulbs, excessive heat is the absolute worst. When the temperature exceeds the limit of the LED chips, they will quickly fail which is why a balanced thermal management is necessary. The H15 DA Lighting V2 LED Bulbs feature a 6063 aluminum shell wrapped around a red copper heat pipe that moves the heat down to a heat sink that dissipates the heat. Simply put, a cool bulb is a healthy bulb!
INSTALL: Our H15 DA Lighting V2 LED Bulbs are designed to be 100% plug and play with most vehicles. You will remove your stock halogen bulbs and install the LED bulbs using the same method..
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: Even though these bulbs are designed to be plug-and-play, some makes and models may require additional accessories to complete the installation. Many vehicles do not need anything additional while others may need one or all of these accessories. You can try the LED bulbs without any of these accessories and add them later if needed.
RUBBER DUST CAPS: If your factory housing dust cap will no longer fit your headlamp due to the rear section of the LED bulbs is too large, you will need to replace it with aftermarket LED Housing Dust Caps. You can measure the opening of your housing to select the exact size you need or select the universal model which can be trimmed down to the size you need.
