Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Shipping Policy for Dynamic Appearance. We want to make the delivery of your order as smooth as possible so we want to share what to expect once your order is placed. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, feel free to contact us.

Free Shipping

We ship all orders for free to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) if your order total is $49 or higher. We choose the fastest economic shipping for this method which is typically USPS. If you want it delivered quicker, you can select our standard shipping option which is typically UPS Ground, or our express shipping option which is typically UPS 2nd Day AIR. These options will speed up the delivery time to you but our handling time will remain the same which is usually 24 hours.

Alaska/Hawaii

We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii. When you checkout, you will see live shipping quotes once you enter your address along with the estimated shipping time.

Canada

We also ship to Canada. When you checkout, you will see live shipping quotes once you enter your address along with the estimated shipping time. You may be required to pay import fees before delivery. For more information about import fees, contact the Canada Border Services Agency at 1-800-622-6232.

Tracking Info

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You will be able to track it on our website along with going directly to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Keep in mind, tracking information may take up to 36 hours to show in their online system after we print the shipping label. If you don't see any movement after 36 hours, please contact us so we can look into it.

Handling Time

We ship most orders within 24 hours out of Atlanta, GA. If your order will not ship within that time, we will contact you prior to processing the order to let you know. This may happen if we are shipping the product directly to you from the manufacturer or if the product is on backorder from the manufacturer.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any delays or delivery attempts. You will need to directly contact USPS (1-800-275-8777), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or FedEx (1-800-463-3339) to investigate. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, please contact us so we can look into it.

Wrong Address

In the event you added the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have already shipped the order, you will have to wait until we receive the order back before we can ship it to the correct address. You can also purchase the product again to have it shipped immediately and we will refund the original order once we receive it back.
