
Exchange & Return Policy
When you shop at Dynamic Appearance, you agree to our return policy about exchanges and refunds as outlined below. Our goal is to help you get the right product the first time, so if you are unsure the product you're looking at is right for you, please contact us so we can help. However, if you received a product that is not going to work for you, you have the option of returning it for an exchange or refund. Keep in mind, this policy is for online orders only, if you made a purchase at one of our local stores in Georgia, please contact the store directly since the store policy is different.

Exchange & Return Process
We accept returns for exchanges or refunds within 30 days from the original purchase date for domestic (inside the USA) purchases. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in brand new, unaltered, and never installed or attempted to be installed condition. If the item(s) have been installed or attempted to be installed, damaged, or have missing parts, it is not eligible for exchange or refund. Please look over the steps below to understand how the process works and to start the return.
Step #1: To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us to start the process. We will need your full name and order number so we can look up your information, plus the reason you want to return the order. We will respond shortly to your request.
Step #2: Once processed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Pack up your return, apply the shipping label covering any existing label, and drop off the return to the shipper listed on the label. Please have the shipper scan the package in when you drop it off.
Step #3: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our requirements. Once approved, we will process the return within 48 hours. Exchanges will be added to your account as store credit for future purchases. Refunds will go back to your original payment source. Our original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and payment processing fees will be deducted from all exchanges and refunds, no exceptions. There is no restocking fee for exchanges and returns in brand-new condition. If the item(s) show any sign of installation, are physically damaged, or have missing parts, the return will be denied and shipped back to you. Backorders that are refunded past the 30-day return window will have the payment processing fees deducted from the refund.
Refund Time Frame
We will send you an email confirmation once the refund is processed. It takes 3-14 business days (holidays/weekends excluded) for the refund to show in your account. The exact time frame is determined by how fast your bank or PayPal processes the transfer. If you have not received your refund by the 15th day, please contact us so we can investigate.
Exchange & Return Exception
We accept returns for exchange or refund for most of the products on our website. However, we do not accept returns for AlphaRex, Baja Designs, Customs Unlimited, KC HiLites, Lighting Trendz, Oracle, RGB Halo Kits, and Vision X products, along with the XKGlow S.A.R. System (LED Bars, Roof Rack, or any accessories) and the Cybertruck kits (XKmax Roof LED Light Bar, XKGlow RGBW XKmax LED Underglow Lights, and XKGlow Atomix Profile LED Light Strip Kit). We do not accept returns for any product that has been discontinued by the manufacturer, including the Diode Dynamics Stage Series "Classic" Light Bars and GTR Lighting Ultra 2 LED Bulbs. We do not accept returns for international (outside the USA) purchases.
