Shipping Policy
At Dynamic Appearance, we want to make the delivery of your order as smooth as possible. We process most orders within 24 hours and offer Free Shipping on all contiguous United States orders of $40 or higher. We also offer expedited shipping options if you would would like to pay a little extra for a faster delivery time. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships, it may take up to 36 hours to show in their online system after we print the shipping label. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders $40 or higher in the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We pick the fastest economic shipping method which is typically USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. If you want a faster shipping, you can pay for one of the expedited options to speed up the delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii
We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. However, you can pick one of the paid shipping options when you checkout.
Rest of the World
We do not offer free shipping to outside of the United States. However, you can pick one of the paid shipping options when you checkout. You may be required to pay import fees before the delivery is completed. For more information about import fees, contact your local Customs.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been handed to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any delays or delivery attempts. You will need to contact USPS (1-800-275-8777), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or FedEx (1-800-463-3339) directly to investigate. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, please contact us so we can look into it.
Warranty Shipping
Many of our products can be field destroyed, not requiring them to be returned to process a warranty. However, there are some products that are required to be returned due to manufacturer requirements. If your defective product must be returned, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new replacement for all orders in the USA, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. For all other orders, the buyer will be required to pay both shipping fees to return the defective product and to receive the new replacement.
