They have a built in current limiting resistor and diode to protect the led from reversed polarity installation. If you plug them in and they don't light, turn them around and they will light.

FITMENT: This LED bulb replaces any T3 bulb size.

INSTALL: The T3 VLEDS Neowedge LED Bulb is designed to be a plug-and-play replacement for your vehicle. If it does not turn on when you first install them, simply flip the bulb 180 degrees. If you experience any flickering or lamp-out errors, you will need to install one LED resistor per bulb which can be found under LED Accessories.
